Robert Henry Kennerly Jr., lovingly known as "Robby," passed away May 2, 2026. Robby was born on April 23, 1955, in Browning, Montana. Robby was married to Ellen Baker for 50 years. He was the son of Robert Kennerly Sr. and Helen Redfox. He spent his whole life in Browning, Montana. Robby attended Browning High School and graduated in May of 1973.
Robby worked as an electrician for over 50 years. He received his Journeyman License from Indian Action Trade School and was a well-known electrician in the community.
Robby will be remembered for his crazy and fun times with his friends and family. He loved to fish, take rides around the Sun, and attend Woodstock.
He is survived by his wife, Ellen Baker; his sons, Robert "Rob" (Carla) Kennerly and James Kennerly; his daughters, Teresa (Chance) Horn and Amanda (Charles) Lafley; his sisters, Mary Kennerly and Marie Kennerly; and his brother, Ronald "Kitty" Kennerly; his uncle, Alfie Youngman; aunts, Shirley Youngman, Evelyn "Tiny" Cobell, Wanda Cobell, and Karen Gray; along with numerous grandchildren including Josiah Oldchief, Traylyn Kennerly, Angel Kennerly, Kassandra Kennerly, Chance Horn Jr., RoxiLyn Kennerly, David "DJ" Kennerly, Skylar Kennerly, John Horn, and Taenielle Kennerly; and two great-grandchildren, Aubria Oldchief and Lovella Aimsback.
Robby was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Kennerly Sr. and Helen Red Fox; his grandparents; his friends/ cousins, Merlin Oscar, Ed Billedeaux, James "Mad Dog" Kennerly, Leo Kennerly, and many other cousins who we miss.
